We export natural stone wall cladding in sandstone, slate, limestone, quartzite, granite, and marble, cut into panels, ledger tiles, and interlocking stacked formats for interior and exterior walls worldwide.

Panel Sizes & Thickness

Format Size Thickness
Standard Ledger Panel 15cm x 60cm (6″ x 24″) 12mm to 20mm
Square Tile Format 30cm x 30cm 12mm to 15mm
Custom / Project Cut As per architect drawing 16mm to 35mm depending on stone and application

Panel weight runs roughly 2.5 to 3kg per standard ledger piece, which matters when a project needs a wall load calculation before installation, especially for interior partition walls not built to carry heavy stone.

Materials

Slate — Wide natural color range, strong choice for both interior accent walls and exterior facades

Sandstone — Warmer, earthier tones, one of the most commonly cladded materials for exteriors

Limestone — Neutral tones, smoother finish options, common in both residential and commercial interiors

Quartzite — Higher durability than slate or limestone, suited to high-traffic or exterior-exposed walls

Granite — Used less often for cladding than for flooring, but chosen where maximum durability is required

Marble — Primarily interior use, chosen for polished, higher-end feature walls

Cladding Profiles (Shape/Pattern)

Ledgestone — Linear, rectangular pieces laid in horizontal courses; the most widely used profile

Castle Stone — A mix of square and rectangular blocks for a more structured, coursed look

Field Stone — Irregular, organic shapes for a rustic, natural finish

Ashlar — Uniform rectangular blocks with precise, clean joints

Finishes

Natural, Hand Tumbled, Honed, Polished, Bush-Hammered, Brushed, Sandblasted, Flamed, Sawn.

Corners

A wall that stops and restarts at a corner is the most common giveaway of a rushed cladding job. We supply pre-formed 90-degree L-shaped corner pieces so the same panel wraps around a corner as one continuous surface rather than showing a seam.

Installation Notes

Ledger and panel cladding is installed with 100% coverage adhesive directly onto the wall surface; piled/dry-stack cladding is installed without adhesive, relying on interlocking shapes. A wet-look sealant can be applied after installation on either type to deepen and protect the natural color. Beyond appearance, cladding adds a barrier layer between the wall and weather, reducing long-term moisture penetration on exteriors.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between ledger panel cladding and stone veneer sheets?
Ledger panels are individual stone pieces installed one at a time with adhesive. Veneer sheets are a thin slice of stone pre-bonded to a flexible backing and installed as a single large sheet, which is faster to install but a different manufacturing process entirely.
Which stone is best for exterior wall cladding?
Sandstone and quartzite are the most commonly used for exteriors due to their weather resistance and lower porosity, while marble is generally reserved for interior feature walls.
Do cladding panels need mortar or adhesive?
Ledger and panel cladding is installed with adhesive. Piled/dry-stack cladding is installed without mortar, relying on the natural interlocking shape of the stones instead.
Can wall cladding be installed on interior partition walls?
Yes, but the wall’s load-bearing capacity should be checked first, since stone cladding adds real weight, roughly 2.5-3kg per standard panel, which adds up across a full wall.
Does Arpran Industries export wall cladding internationally?
Yes, we export stone wall cladding to buyers across the UAE, Australia, Europe, USA, and African markets, managing logistics and documentation directly.
